2. Nature of our activities
We operate a planetarium offering dome shows, virtual reality experiences, helioscope and night sky observation, educational and school programmes, family activities, a café and a restaurant, and we sell tickets, passes, memberships and gift vouchers through this website.

4. Domain, hosting, development and platform
The domain name thecyprusplanetarium.com is registered to, and the hosting of this website is held by, V&G Planetarium Limited in its own name. The accounts used for payments, newsletters, analytics and social media are likewise held by V&G Planetarium Limited.
This website was developed by AMS Media, a business name registered in the Republic of Cyprus with the Registrar of Companies and Intellectual Property under registration number ΕΕ 59414. All rights in the website, including the underlying software and ticketing system, have been assigned to V&G Planetarium Limited, which owns and is responsible for the website. AMS Media continues to provide the website platform and the technical infrastructure on which bookings, tickets and customer records are stored, together with technical support and maintenance.
In respect of personal data, AMS Media acts as a data processor on behalf of V&G Planetarium Limited, under a written agreement meeting the requirements of Article 28 of the General Data Protection Regulation, and processes personal data only on the documented instructions of V&G Planetarium Limited. V&G Planetarium Limited remains the controller of, and retains ownership of and control over, all customer, booking and newsletter data. The country in which the servers holding this data are located, and the identity of any underlying hosting or cloud provider engaged by AMS Media.
