Wine & Moon
Join us at Mystes Winery for Wine & Moon, a special evening combining wine tasting with a presentation dedicated to the Moon, its phases and the myths surrounding it. As the night continues, we’ll turn our telescopes towards the sky for high magnification observations of the Moon, Saturn and other bright celestial objects. 📅 Saturday, 26 September 2026 📍 Mystes Winery 🎟️ €50 per person, including wine tasting and stargazing Wine, cheese & charcuterie platters will also be available.

Dinosaurs: A Story of Survival with Mini Talk Mini Talk Language: Greek Only Duration: 20 Minutes Like almost all children, Celeste is fascinated with dinosaurs. She is preparing a talk for her class about how they went extinct when Moon, a very wise and magical character, poses a tantalizing question: what if I told you that there are still dinosaurs among us? Celeste will join Moon in a journey through time. An exciting adventure that will show them the Earth as it was in the very, very distant past. They will see the fascinating transformations that these animals underwent over millions of years, creating giant creatures, armored beasts and super predators, until the day that a cataclysmic impact event caused a mass extinction on Earth. But all is not lost. Celeste will discover the key to their survival.

Legends of the Starry Realm with Mini Talk Mini Talk Language: Greek Only Duration: 20 Minutes Navigate the spring night sky and discover the celestial wonders visible during this season. This mini talk introduces the art of uranography, guiding you in navigating the stars while exploring a rich blend of astronomical objects, mythology, and historical perspectives. Join one of our scientists and uncover the stories written across the sky. A fulldome planetarium show about some of the most famous sky legends of old but brought to life with new. Ride through the clouds to the rescue of the beautiful Princess Andromeda. Stalk the evil Minotaur in the bewildering twists and turns of King Minos’ terrifying Labyrinth. Travel with Orpheus and his magical harp through the heat and sulfurous fumes of Hades in search of his beloved Euridice. Sail in an ancient ship beneath a sky filled with Legends that have transcended time.
Lucia, the Secret of Shooting Stars with Mini Talk
Vladimir, a polar bear and James, a penguin, travel into space aboard the Polaris to study polar auroras. Hit by a meteorite, they crash at the foot of a pre-Columbian pyramid and meet Lucia, a hummingbird who is passionate about rocks. She tells them about a legend evoking “stones of light”. Meteorites, shooting stars, these “stones of light” intrigue them all. In order to solve this enigma, they board for the Moon, then the asteroid belt, and finally land on a comet nucleus. Who is having fun throwing stones from space? Hypotheses, observations and analyses will allow them to find answers to their questions back on Earth!
Polaris with Mini Talk (EN)
James, a curious penguin from the South Pole, meets Vladimir, a funny bear from the North Pole, and together they set out to answer one enormous question: why is there day and night? Their adventure takes them through the science of Earth, Moon and Sun, spinning across the fulldome in a story that turns big ideas into big fun. A firm favourite with young audiences.
