Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility: Refunds are available for tickets cancelled within the stipulated time frame (see cancellation policy). Refunds will not be issued for missed shows or events unless due to extenuating circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies, extreme weather conditions).
Refund Process: To request a refund, please contact our customer service team via email at info@planetariumcyprus.com or call 22278700. Include your order number, the name used for booking, and the reason for the refund request.
Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used during purchase. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Non-Refundable Items: Certain promotional or discounted tickets may be non-refundable. This will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

Cancellation Policy

Advance Cancellations: Dome Show amd Event Tickets can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled showtime are eligible for a 50% refund. How to Cancel: To cancel your tickets, please contact our customer service team directly.
Same-Day Cancellations: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made on the same day as the scheduled showtime.
Rescheduling: Instead of cancelling, you may opt to reschedule your tickets for another date and time, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the original showtime.

Special Circumstances

Event Cancellations by Us: If the planetarium cancels an event (e.g., due to technical issues, maintenance, or extreme weather), ticket holders will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.
Group Bookings: For group bookings, please refer to the specific terms outlined in your group booking agreement or contact our group sales coordinator.
